Building a $100MM brand.

Our team was asked to build upon a branding guide by Red Antler, one of the pre-eminent agencies in the world. To do this, we had to build a new website, custom WordPress booking plug-ins, craft an SEO strategy, manage digital ads, and more.

 

We were tasked with becoming the internal/external marketing wing of the entire company. We designed several apps and built hundreds of pages, emails, presentations, videos, and seemingly endless digital assets. From managing social media to building custom 3D models from scratch, our team was responsible for elevating every aspect of the brand.

Our approach.

Our first task was to create a new instance of WordPress, creating an ecosystem that we could easily add (blog) content to as part of our long-term SEO strategy. We recognized that “luxury is as luxury does”, and you can’t sell a luxury product if you don’t walk the walk. 

 

We completely re-imagined their booking engine, one of the core parts of the consumer-facing business. We also built the branding for the Volato App, and several other internal mobile apps. In late 2023, we took on the majority of the company’s total digital initiatives.

SEO/SEM

From the moment we began our engagement, we were able to drive organic traffic consistently upwards, with over 3x the monthly traffic achieved in the first 6 months. Managing ads, we also reduced CPC and increased conversions. One of the advantages of being vertically integrated is that we can make all the necessary changes for our clients to get the most from their UI/UX/design and performance metrics. Custom landing pages to support a custom campaign? We can do it all and get results.

Social Media

We’ve been able to grow the branded social channels significantly, thanks to bespoke video and animated luxury content. We experimented with content types, and homed in on what performed well, while upgrading quality and ambitiousness of our posts.

 

In the end, we settled on a data-driven approach that reflects the values of the company.
